Now that you have your Poly Water Tanks tank delivered to your site, here's some useful links to ensure that your tank is long-lasting and hassle-free.
Installation of Tanks, Pumps and Accessories
If you want your tank to last, it must be installed according to our supplied installation instructions at a minimum. This will also ensure that you're covered by our Warranty and prevent disappointment in years to come.
You can find our installation instructions here: Installation Instructions. Note that underground tanks are supplied with their own installation guidelines. Please refer to your distributor if you have not received a copy.
Ongoing Maintenance
In normal circumstances, a poly tank should require very little maintenance. Keeping the inlet strainer clear of leaves and debris should be sufficient for routine maintenance. Warranty
For non-commercial use tanks delivered after 1 December 2022, we offer a full 15-year warranty. Prior to this date, our warranty period was 10 years. Please see our current Warranty conditions here: Warranty
