First Flush Water Diverters improve water quality in the water tank and reduce maintenance by preventing the first flush of water, which may contain roof contaminants, from entering the rain water tank. They help ensure cleaner water is available out of the water tank which helps to protect the rain water pump and the internal items of the house such as the washing machine, toilets and hot water systems. The rainwater first flush diverters are easy to install and come with step by step instructions.
The Basic-Tee style first flush has a slow-release valve that empties the diversion cylinder over time, ready for your next rainfall event. Customise the pipe length to increase or decrease the amount of water diverted and to fit to your specific setup.
